Hello and welcome to Back 2 Function. My mission is to help bring you back to your best by alleviating pain and dysfunction through tailored, evidence-based care.

I have over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from professional and amateur sports teams and athletes to touring dance companies and performers in top West End productions such as 'Wicked', 'Matilda', 'Priscilla' and 'Cats'. I’ve also worked within multidisciplinary clinics across both central and outer London.

This summer (2025), after five years of intensive training, I qualified as an osteopath and am proud to now be a GOsC registered practitioner (Registration No: 11894).

I split my time between my own practice based in Petts Wood, Kent, and Lee Valley athletics centre where I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing professional development. This allows me to create personalised treatment plans that are grounded in the latest scientific research, ensuring you receive the most effective care possible.
